01 — Institutional Refund Commitment
Worldnity authorizes financial remediation exclusively in independently verified instances of platform-attributable service failure, wherein client access to digital content, virtual sessions, or consultations is persistently obstructed due to our internal infrastructure.
Due to instantaneous provisioning of digital assets upon payment, Worldnity maintains a strict no-refund position with respect to discretionary cancellations, post-activation requests, or subjective dissatisfaction claims.
This policy governs all commercial transactions: Live Webinars, E-Books, Cyber Consultation, Software Development, Cyber Security Services, and Digital Marketing & Cloud Solutions.
All formal refund requests must be submitted to connect@worldnity.com — mandatory acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within 3–5 working days.
This Refund Policy forms an essential component of our Terms & Conditions. Continued service usage constitutes unconditional acceptance of both governing instruments.

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to platform-attributable service disruptions. Client-side scheduling conflicts or discretionary cancellations fall outside the scope of this framework.

Cyber consultation services are educational advisory sessions exclusively — not legal representation, investigations, or financial recovery. Refund eligibility is independent of outcomes.

Cyber security audit engagements require privileged access to client-controlled systems. Following formal commencement, financial remediation cannot be authorized under any circumstances.

Third-party advertising expenditure (Google, Meta) is irrecoverable and non-refundable. Worldnity's management fee is eligible for pro-rata restitution for unutilized engagement periods only.

Required Info: Include your registered name, email, Order Reference ID, product/service name, reason for request, and supporting evidence (screenshots, access failure proof).

Review Timeline: Mandatory acknowledgement within 24 business hours; comprehensive review and eligibility determination completed within 3–5 working days.

Refund Credit: Approved refunds credited to original payment instrument within 5–10 business days, subject to financial institution processing.

10 — Non-Refundable Circumstances
Service Successfully Rendered: Digital content accessed, live session attended, or professional consultation completed.
Discretionary Withdrawal: Client-initiated cancellation following procurement or post-activation access of proprietary digital content.
Promotional Acquisition: Transaction executed under a promotional offer, discount instrument, or bundled pricing arrangement.
Client Non-Attendance: Consultation session or live webinar duly scheduled and confirmed, but not attended by the registered participant.
Policy Contravention: Account suspended or terminated pursuant to a documented violation of our Terms of Service.
Contractual Scope Fulfilled: Software development or cyber security engagement delivered in full compliance with the agreed Scope of Work.
Advisory Outcome Dissatisfaction: Refunds not issued solely for subjective dissatisfaction with provided guidance.
